By booking any service with Yablaz Tours And Travels, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking or payment
- Information We Collect

- 1. General Terms
- Yablaz Tours And Travels acts as a travel facilitator between customers and service providers like airlines, hotels, transport operators, and tour partners.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service providers.
- The company reserves the right to modify or update the terms at any time.
- 2. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving full or partial payment, depending on the package or service.
- Customers must provide accurate personal details (name, contact, ID proof, age, etc.). Any mistake may lead to booking failure or additional charges.
- Once the booking is processed, the customer will receive confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
- 3. Payments
- Payments can be made through UPI, bank transfer, card, or other accepted methods.
- Full payment must be completed before issuing final travel documents (tickets, vouchers, itineraries).
- Prices may vary due to currency fluctuations, tax changes, or supplier rate updates.
- Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation charges depend on the policies of airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
- Yablaz Tours And Travels does not control or influence third-party refund timelines.
- Service charges and convenience fees are non-refundable.
- No refund is applicable for:
- No-show at the airport/hotel
- Incorrect traveler information
- ast-minute cancellations
- Documentation & ID Requirements
- Customers must carry valid ID proof such as Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID.
- For international travel, passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.
- VISA and immigration approval is not guaranteed and is controlled by the respective embassies/governments.
- Responsibility of the Customer
- The customer must:
- Review all details in the booking confirmation
- Reach the airport/station on time
- Follow travel rules, government regulations, and safety instructions
- Ensure their personal belongings and valuables are secure during travel
- Liability & Limitations
- Yablaz Tours And Travels is not responsible for:
- Loss, delay, or cancellation due to weather, natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or government restrictions
- Flight delays, baggage loss, or service issues caused by airlines or hotels
- Any injury, loss, or theft during travel
- Errors in bookings due to incorrect information provided by the customer
- The company acts only as an agent and cannot be held liable for third-party failures.
- Changes to Travel Plans
- Any request for date changes, name corrections, or modifications will be processed as per supplier rules.
- Additional charges may apply.
- Yablaz Tours And Travels does not guarantee approval of any change request.
- Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is recommended for all domestic and international trips.
- If insurance is purchased through us, claims must be submitted directly to the insurance provider.
- Use of Website & Digital Services
- Customers must not misuse the website or social media channels.
- Any unauthorized attempt to access, modify, or damage the platform is prohibited.
- Disputes & Jurisdiction
- All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any legal matter will fall under the jurisdiction of Darjeeling
